The Berger Dome!

Welcome to The Berger Dome! Lindsay and Evan threw an awesome Bnai Mitzvah party their guests are not soon to forget!

berger0408Held at the Dunwoody Country Club, Lindsay and Evan chose a dual themed party; a stadium/concert arena with tickets as place cards that matched the alternating concert and baseball centerpieces. The centerpieces were so cute, featuring One Republic, Katy Perry, and Ariana Grande, as well as famous baseball matchups: Red Sox vs. Cardinals, and Brewers vs. Braves. We’d like to give a big shout out to Ballonacy for their creativity on the fun décor!

The Dunwoody Country Club produced a delicious spread of cuisine for the guests, some of which included appetizers of spring rolls and crab cakes for the adults, and soft pretzels and pigs in a blanket for the kids. Dinner included a succulent stuffed chicken, green beans and salmon for the adults, and some great kid favorites like mini sliders and tater tots.

Once all of the guests had had their fill, it was time to party to the musical stylings of MC Jamal with VIBE! He and his team rocked the house and got the crowd pumped for the rest of the evening.

Patti Covert with Scensations photography did a fabulous job capturing the fun moments throughout the evening and Memories in a Moment provided a green screen for the guests to take their own customized photos, complete with props and different backdrops.

Once the guests had danced and partied the night away, Cotton Cravings served up sweet, sugary treats and Good Humor rolled in an ice cream cart, to the delight of the younger patrons.

The adults enjoyed shot glasses full of assorted desserts and all of the guests headed home with a cookie, complete with a customized “Berger Dome” sticker.

Spring “Pin”spiration.

Can you feel it? Spring is JUST around the corner, and we don’t know about you, but were ready for it! We decided to peruse Pinterest for a little inspiration to throw a great Spring party and found some great ideas! Here are a few:

How adorably genius is this?! Simply take paper plates and punch a hole through the side, then thread through ribbon and attach your silverware and napkin! This particular party was for 4th of July, but obviously you can change the color scheme. Now all your guests have to do is grab one thing instead of several. Genius! Click here for complete tutorial.

A Spring party isn’t complete without a bowl of refreshing punch. We love this idea to bring a little extra pop to the punch bowl! Simply soak oranges, lemons, and/or limes in food coloring for 15 minutes to achieve desired color, drop in your punch and let the “oohs” and “aaahhhs” roll in! Click here for complete tutorial.

These Pool Noodle Luminaries are so amazingly cute and easy and are perfect for any pool party! All you need is a pool noodle, some saran wrap, a hair tie and a tea light! Click here for complete tutorial.

This is so simple and fabulous: make stencil shapes in your lawn with posterboard and flour! Simply cut out the shape of your choice and sprinkle flour over it. That’s it! AND there’s no messy clean up and it won’t damage your lawn. Win, WIN. Click here for complete tutorial and for other great backyard “hacks”.

Unfotunately, this photo did not have a link to a tutorial, but it seems quite simple; take a deep wooden box and fill it with pebbles, then arrange Steno lights throughout and light! Voila! You could also set up a cute S’mores station at the end like the one pictured below, with traditional S’mores toppings and a few different items to change it up.
