Bride and Groom Jennifer and Chase opted to hold their unique wedding celebration at the historic King Plow Arts Center in West Midtown. The Center has been transformed from an antiquated plow factory into an arts community and center for commercial, performing and visual arts, and served as the perfect venue for the couple’s special day.
Juli Vaughn Designs transformed the rustic and somewhat industrial space into a soft, garden themed event, with hanging lanterns and Edison light bulbs all over the room. Small wood pieces served as place card holders, and everyone signed a slice of a tree for the bride and groom to keep; a different take on the tradition guest book.
As an added touch, photos of late family members were positioned on the place card table, to honor their memory.
Alison Church Photography took beautiful photos to treasure for a lifetime, capturing the true essence of the event.
Good music is one of the key elements of memorable wedding receptions, and The Moxie Band did not disappoint; keeping the dance floor packed throughout the evening.
The beautiful cake, courtesy of Sweet Startts looked almost too beautiful to eat….but don’t worry, it was indeed eaten, and tasted as wonderful as it looked!
They even handed out flip flops for all the girls to dance in, kick off your heels!
This wedding was unique, rustic and romantic, and we loved helping to bring it together for the happy couple!
