Caroline and Isaac threw an all day soiree at Camp Barney just north of Atlanta!
This event was so fun and casual, and the décor, courtesy of Gertie Mae’s, reflected just that! With charming colors of white, denim and burlap, the lunch display was straight out of a magazine.
Caroline and Isaac’s guests enjoyed a mouth watering lunch of bagels and cream cheese with toppings galore, blintz casserole, tuna salad, fruit and assorted cookies.
Once everyone had filled up on lunch, it was time to play! Camp Barney boasted a number of activities including the Halpern Pool, tennis courts, a waterslide, gym, and canoes. Kids and adults alike even enjoyed tye-dyeing their own t-shirts plus creating custom jewelery with lanyards and beads. So fun!
As the afternoon progressed, guests really just kicked back and enjoyed all of the activities available to them, and if they got hungry? A make-your-own trail mix bar, plus the Kona Ice Truck were available to all.
As day turned to night, the party morphed into a more traditional Mitzvah with passed apps of meatballs, pigs in a blanket and chips and salsa.
Dinner followed with a traditional campsite feast of fried chicken, fried okra, cornbread and more.
After dinner, it was time to party under the stars! DJ Sammy Rosenberg got the crowd going, while photographers Patti and Brad with Scensations covered every angle with fabulous photos this family will not soon forget!
Memories in a Moment was also onsite to provide a green screen, enabling guests to take all of their fun and goofy campsite photos.
The evening came to a close with a dessert of campfire s’mores and maybe even a scary ghost story or two. 😉
