Sydney’s bat mitzvah celebration was girly, bright, and literally had it all!
Held at Ahavath Achim Synagogue and catered by Added Touch Catering, Sydney’s guests enjoyed a fabulous meal, and tons of great entertainment.
Sydney opted for a stunning ice sculpture with her monogram, provided by Ice Sculptures Unlimited, and it was such a beautiful focal point of the cocktail hour.
Eventscapes completed the vision with gorgeous contrasting colors of turquoise, purple, silver and black. They also provided gaming tables and an AWESOME dancing heads game called Popnoggins.
Sydney’s guests feasted on some of the best food we’ve ever seen! This list may be a bit long, but literally everything was worth mentioning! Guests started off with appetizers such as Spring rolls, grit cakes, smoked salmon rose on latke, seared tuna on wonton, feta pastry bites, and a taco station. Folks then moved on to an entrée of a pear salad on each setting; the wait staff even wore Sydney’s adorable purple monogrammed aprons. Following, everyone enjoyed an Asian sea bass, rice cake, and haricot vert bundle. The kids chowed down on pizza bites, manicotti, tater tots and noodle cups. We think it’s safe to say that no one left hungry!
Once the plates were cleared and the guests stuffed, the party made its way to the dance floor where photographer Chuck Robertson was waiting to capture all of the fun filled moments. Fever spun all of the popular jams of today and the crowd loved every minute!
Perhaps the most memorable moment was when they Hora was played and Sydney was hoisted up in her monogrammed chair to pop a huge ball holding balloons and confetti! Talk about making it rain! 😉
Throughout the evening, magician Michael Boone worked the room providing entertainment for the crowd, while Memories in a Moment provided a fun photo outlet as well.
As the evening came to a close, dessert was served; a waffle bar with Nutella, bananas and all the fixin’s, Cannolis, and a Krispy Kreme Cart was even rolled in.
If guests didn’t want to leave the dance floor for dessert, they didn’t have to! Mini waffle sorbet cones circled the room for those who simply couldn’t pull themselves away from the fun.
As guests departed, they even had the option of getting into Sydney’s Milk Line, where they enjoyed warm and gooey cookies and milk.
Sydney sent all of her friends and family home with a customized sweatshirt, bottles of water, and memories to last a lifetime!
